At MCM House, we strive for perfection in every piece, but we understand that sometimes a selection may not be the right fit for your home. We offer a 14-day return window for eligible homewares and furniture items to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in all original MCM House packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Book Collection

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized courier service for furniture or provide a shipping label for smaller homeware items.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days, excluding original delivery fees.
